“Civil Engineer Ashok Kumar Solanki said that this term has been given the wrong name like Rat Mining. The work we did is not rat mining. Solanki said that rat mining is banned in India. Even after this, due to being called by this name, we and our team have to face a lot of problems. This entire process is known as manual pipe jacking. Which has been approved by the Government of India.”

How does this manual pipe jacking work? Munna Qureshi, a member of the team, explained

“Munna Qureshi, a member of this team, stated that we have undertaken numerous projects for Jal Board’s LNYT Company. He emphasized that the current task is unrelated to rat miners; rather, it involves piping work. Rat mining, on the other hand, is carried out for coal extraction. For our piping work, we sit inside the pipe and walk while cutting it, and the pipe is pushed from behind. This process is known as manual pipe jacking, wherein we are responsible for soil excavation. The government has approved the tender for this work, and it is entirely legal.”

Akhilesh Yadav gave reward
The team member told that regarding the laborers trapped inside, there was joy on the faces of all those laborers as soon as they saw us. The laborer, who was stuck for 17 days, saw us and started making videos of us. We too were very happy to see him. He told that the trapped laborers were appealing to us to get them out. Civil engineer Ashok Kumar Solanki said that there was a lot of risk in this. But we did it. One of these members told that Akhilesh Yadav gave a reward of Rs 1 lakh each to all these members.

Day 1 of the India News Manch kicked off with AAP MP Raghav Chadha. Amid the uproar over the passage of the CEC bill in the Rajya Sabha winter Parliament session, “The CEC bill tends to give power to the center to elect the chief commissioner of the Election Commission, which is dangerous for the democracy of India,” Raghav said.

Gen VK Singh, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways in India, recounted the successful Uttarkashi rescue operation, sharing the entire story of the workers trapped in the tunnel on stage. He said, “We rescued the workers trapped in the tunnel.” Discussing the 40 laborers trapped, he mentioned that the situation had not deteriorated significantly after the initial incident. However, during debris removal, the situation worsened. “Even then, we were determined to pull it off, and we did. The most crucial aspect was to console everyone, and we addressed every challenge.”

“A lot unfolded that we never anticipated, such as the lattice grinder getting stuck in the auger machine, making the entire rescue operation time-consuming. Despite this, we persisted in working on every aspect to free the people trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel.”
VK Singh emphasized that every task involves risks. Despite being busy, PM Modi continuously sought updates. Many preparations were made, and if one plan failed, another was ready. The risk of failure exists everywhere, but success lies in the effort.

In an exclusive conversation with Union Minister VK Singh, he explained the meaning of ‘Modi Guarantee.’ Singh stated that the concept of Modi Guarantee has been in place since the time Modi Ji assumed office. Some elements were recently added, while others were inherent. He emphasized that this government is for the youth, the Dalits, and every citizen. This, he asserted, is their guarantee.
“Modi ki Guarantee” is not a recent development; it has been in existence since Modi Ji came into power and promises to propel the nation forward while enhancing the lives of the less privileged,” VK Singh said.

VKS recounted the entire story of the workers trapped in the tunnel on stage. “We rescued the workers trapped in the tunnel. Discussing the 40 laborers trapped in the tunnel, he said that things had not deteriorated that much after this incident. But while trying to remove the debris, the situation worsened further. Even after this we knew we would pull it out and we did. The biggest thing was to console everyone. But we did everything.”

Regarding Article 370, he expressed, ‘I have an old connection with Kashmir. 370 was the biggest hurdle. Whether you are an Indian or from any other country, think about it. It was inevitable that it had to go. Unfortunately, it might take years to fully remove it. Actually, no one wanted to take this risk. Perhaps there was fear of repercussions. However, post-2014, under the leadership of the Modi government, a decision was made that whatever is right for the country must be done. Subsequently, the Supreme Court also gave its approval. Although, in my opinion, taking it to court was a selfish act. Article 370 was the biggest hurdle in determining whether Kashmir belonged to India or not. It’s sad that it took so many years to abrogate it.’

Shifting the focus to Karnataka, where the government has been in operation for six months, the speaker addressed concerns about the 5 guarantee scheme. When asked if it could strain the exchequer, the response emphasized the government’s priority on economic strength, citing the widespread impact of price increases on the population. “Our priority is on economic strength; the price rise has affected everyone. Our focus is on reducing inflation,” DKS said.

In response to the question about Rahul Gandhi and his potential candidacy for the position of Prime Minister, DKS said, “As far as the Congress party is concerned, we believe that INDIA will do well. INDIA will believe in collective leadership; all will join together. All the political parties in INDIA will fight together, whatever may be the result in the northern part at this assembly election. By that time, there will be a big change, and INDIA will emerge stronger.”

In an exclusive conversation with the AAP leader amid the uproar over the passage of the CEC bill in the Rajya Sabha winter Parliament session, Raghav Chadha targeted the BJP and expressed his opinion on Article 370, along with discussing the India alliance. AAP leader Raghav Chadha spoke about the new CEC law, stating that it is an insult to Advani. He also referred to the new CEC law as an insult to the Supreme Court. Raghav Chadha accused the BJP of corruption, affirming that our party will strongly oppose the BJP. “The CEC bill tends to give power to the center to elect the chief commissioner of the election commission which is dangerous for the democracy of India,” Raghav said.

Raghav Chadha also discussed about the India alliance and highlighted that the country is seeking a different political option. When asked about sharing seats in Delhi and Punjab, Chadha mentioned that this matter won’t be discussed publicly. He emphasized that, based on personal differences and ideology, the country is actively exploring alternatives. Chadha assured people that if this alliance takes charge, the nation will progress with better schools, improved infrastructure, and overall development.

On the allegations of dynasty and corruption being leveled against AAP, Raghav Chadha said, ‘Hardly any other party will have as much dynasty as there is in the BJP.’ He said, ‘AAP Party is a party that has abolished dynasty rule in its constitution. Whereas in the BJP, every big party leader or his relative is being given a ticket.’
